I got such lovely feedback on my last video I figured I should try and write another song sharpish. Can't normally write on command, but here's what I came up with - forgive the reccuring change theme, guess it's just on my mind at the moment.

Lyrics:
well, I remember in the summer when the tree was whole
and I could really get the feeling I could reach my goals,
but then the cold was hard and I could feel my mind hide away

I'd like a little consistency - should start at home,
but i'm reaching for things that i've never know,
I've grown used to change and allowing my mind to decay

CHORUS:
but don't you understand, it's the just the change of the seasons
there ain't no master plan so don't go looking for reasons
the meaning's in moments - try to savour them all
cause in the end the tree is sure to fall

well when the leaves are gone i never want to leave this room,
but then i'm only sitting thinking bout what I should do
until the evening comes and I can feel my mind drift away

I actually have a very different kind of taste for music, but I really like your song - I didn't expect myself to be impressed that much! I think it must be partially due to your expressive way of performing. It's great, same goes for the other songs of yours that I've heard sofar, so... as a suscriber I expect you to write at least 10 more songs this year! ^^ (Just kidding, I can't write on command either. ;) )

thanks a lot dude :D i see from your vid that you have RIDCULOUS keyboard skills, so it means a lot. Definately going through a bit of writers block at the mo - been doing some hardore economics revision recently + that's not exactly condusive to creativity, heh - waiting for the sun to bring it back, heh :)
