Um, he wasn't sweeping? the commentator was just saying that he can't sweep, he was jerking his brush in mid air, because he was so agitated, i've seen lots of players do just that.
In that other video, Hebert broke the rules, the video proved that he broke the rules.

Yeah,if anyone has seen the video of when Ben Hebert lifts his broom straight up,Richard Hart has a huge un-necessary explosion over it. He thinks he was trying to cheat and in this video he is trying to sweep Kevin Martin's rock when its not over the tee-line yet. Just saying,please dont take this the wrong way :) Kay,thanks <3

Its not very different from the one he made at the Brier against Jordison. In turn hit towards the boards, just missing a guard, then onto his own to push a few others out.
