Bukkit - How to set up permissions and Essentials

Well, I know some of you were interested, and I finally cracked it! This video shows you how to set up Essentials in Bukkit, and how to alter permissions for them. Hope this helps!

Could you put a sample groups config yml? Something that is other than the default one would help me a lot, just so I feel like i've covered everything.
