Heidi Plays with Charlie

I finally captured Heidi and Charlie doing their frequent "play fighting". Heidi sounds vicious, but it's all play. Note how she "slaps" him a couple of times -- these two are priceless to watch when they go at it. Charlie is the "baby" of my own beagle boys at 4 yrs old and is the one who always engages my foster beagles in play. (Trevor teaches about pack order and Pete teaches the finer points of hunting squirrels.) I love that Heidi can hold her own against him despite her being "size challenged"!

It will be nice watching her emerge from her prison like body over time.

Our guys sound all "ruff and tough" too, it is all talk at our house. No biting :)

Heidi will have even more fun when she is more mobile. She will feel like a new dog :)

Charlie is wonderful with Heidi and I think he's the best way to get her moving! I do hope she'll lose that terrible weight fast. You can see how eager she is to play! I always wonder how her tiny legs handle the getting-up. Thank goodness she's with you now!
