I just listen to the original music every chance I get. Play it in my head again and again. I try it on my keyboard a few times later. First the tune on right hand and then slowly the rhythm with the left. Keep practicing both until i can play them faster and faster... try a few tricks here and there get my cam and... voila!! You can also get sheet music on all this if u want but i usually play by ear and just take them as reference if necessary .I did that with Super Mario. Hope this helps.
