@welderseries Someone is dreaming. These boys on tv shows, who work for the shops that build these custom rods, who can't seem to wear a decent pair of tennis shoes, would like to see $1200.00 per week. I was offered a job many years ago to work at a custom shop dealing with parts, mostly tig welding, and they did not offer me any money like you are boasting here. I have never in my life even seen a job posted by one of these companies offering over $700.00 per week.

itd be nice to have a quality welding machine. i waste argon having to turn the knob on my torch and scratch start. i run 40-75 amps continuous arc. "the puddle and pull technique" works best for me on my cheap arc/tig welder..Nice welding by the way.
