  • I am pretty sure that the supremacy law is for the Federal Government to intercede for citizens ONLY if civil rights are violated by the State. Otherwise the Federal Government should have no jurisdiction inside of a state unless otherwise requested by the State Government or Governor (usually at a time of crisis or disaster).... It has been 15 years since I've read about this in High School, so if I am wrong, please correct my statement.
