Spent about the first three minutes of this wondering if the thing planned on flying... poor editing.
But one really nice thing about it is that it showed the water+jetblast on the runway during rotation... that was pretty cool.

Dont worry CX would never fly if they knew it wasnt safe. Being a HK based airline, they have experience with dealing with incoming typhoons and will cancle flights if neccessary.

I love turbulence , but no severe turbulence !!

Well, you won't see this kinda weather by then. On the 23rd? what a coincidence that I also flew from Singapore to Hong Kong on Dec 23! Anyway,enjoy your flight!

Yea, even though I am not fond of CX Economy class services, but I do feel safe onboard. I know that there won't be surprises in terms of safety when I am booked on a CX flight. That's the most important part in aviation.
