@evolucion311 did your coolant system have backpressure in it thus raising up your thermostat?

Still have to get mine off but getting compression loss so I'm sure to find something similar. Feels good finally knowing what the problem is! At least that way you can work towards a fix. :) GL.

@Daddymon73 Removed the head from the engine and took it to a machine shop where they did a standard 3 angle valve job, cleaned up the head, and replaced the valve stem seals.

@Furious355 Thanks for the input but the problem was actually an exhaust valve seal that had hardened up, allowing oil to drip in and coke off on the valves thereby creating an imperfect seat and preventing the combustion mixture from fully igniting before being exhausted.
