Starting at 2:50 "I didn't know what was going on, that's when the first tower fell. When they started running, the first tower was coming down. I had no way of knowing that."

Is it possible that the tower had just come down causing some of the debris to take out parts of the stairwell? If you've seen pictures of WTC7 after the twin towers fell but before it collapsed, you can see significant damage as the cloud of debris passed through and much further than building 7.

Seems somewhat sketchy
