  • bat "Every one fast Gotham City is in trouble!"

  • Amazing!

  • Cool! How do they all fit under there.

  • So where's Batman? Huh, Huh. Get it?

  • There's another rather large colony that lives under the McNeil Bridge at I-35 (right at the Austin - Round Rock border).

I'm very thankful for the bats. I've lived in Austin now for about 6 years, and I have yet to be bitten by a mosquito. :)

  • ...dang no wonder Ladybird lake has a kind of Green tinge to it. (bat poo) LOL!!!!!!!!

  • they said "Urban" bat colony. It's weird, you'd think with the world's largest urban bat colony, there'd be like bat infestations in people's houses, and bats flying around everywhere at night, but I live in austin and this is practically the only place I ever see bats anywhere!

  • ATX IS WHERE ITS AT!!!!!

  • I work for a television company and we are interested in possibly wanting to use the footage of the Bats in Austin. If anyone knows or is "Trisweat" could you please ask them to contact me as we are very keen to talk to the person who shot this footage. I have tried contacting via youtube PM but as yet I have had no reply. Many thanks

  • This really good footage. They are hard to shoot from some of those angles. It was always an *amazing* experience to see. I don't live in Austin anymore, so I really appreciate this look. It has to be experienced to be appreciated. Droves after droves shooting out, it's amazing. It's awe inspiring actually, and it runs thru your head that you are seeing something special right in your backyard so to speak. Ahh Austin, unique and special. It's always in my heart. :) Thanks.
