Ladybug larvae, when found in your yard and/or garden, should put a smile on your face! These hungry little ladybug larvae look like small alligators and have an appetite to match. They love to devour aphids and other insects in your garden that are there to eat all your hard work.

Eventhough the ladybug larvae look like they could be some nasty pest, DO NOT KILL THEM! Lady bugs, ladybeetles or black spotted red bugs...no matter the name they go by, they are a great assest to any garden and are fun for people of any age to handle.
