you are allowed to see your opponents card when playing face to face? I've only played on the computer and you are not allowed to see your opponents cards...which makes sense.

can red threes be discarded? and if so is it like discarding a black three or a wild card

I thought the red 3's only give you the points if you make a Canasta, not just a regular meld?
