Electric Brushless King Motor Baja Buggy Conversion HPI 5B Clone

This is a video of a conversion from a King Motor Gas Buggy to an electric brushless motor. This buggy is running on a 6s battery and can hit 35 mph (see the gps on the video) and will pull the front wheels right off the ground with good traction. i will someday upgrade and go electric. is that a brushless motor? what did u use 4 a esc??

Its a brushless NEU motor and a castle 25volt speed control. I have it listed on ebay if you want more info.

@buggiexb with the new 1:5 scale motor system from castle an eletric baja is so much more powerful and faster than a gasoline one. Eletric motors are way more efficent. Plus he is using a 6S battery where with the new system you can put an 8s battery in. And yes its expensive but you can sell the motor after you covert it to eletric and get some of you money back.

why do you need a clutch when its eletric is it to reduce strain on motor when you take off ?
