Was there a soundtrack to this series? It's my favorite "BBC continents" series of all, and not just because i live in Australia.

I agree with you, but remember there is more numpties in this world than intelligent people. Therefore, in order to attract the numpties, they talk this utter rubbish, which to the numpties is amazing.

You have the greatest documentaries out there!! Yes I love Australia too! it is the land of plenty and the land of my favourite bands. Along with Midnight Oil, Yothu Yindi, Warumpi Band, Icehouse, Cold Chisel, Goanna, Inxs, Rose Tatoo and hundreds of others. Even more amazing is the fauna and the flora and of course heaps of cool people. I'm already a subscriber to your videos, keep them coming.
Aloha from Maui, Hawaii.
I must say that I found this documentary disappointing. It's too heavily edited for a start (a shot is rarely held for more than five seconds) and it suffers from too much gee-whiz narration. Statements like "Australia is the strangest continent on earth" are subjective and meaningless to me - the same could be said of Africa or South America as far as I'm concerned. "Weird" is also a term that doesn't belong in a nature documentary. I prefer a more scientific approach with less hyperbole.

yeah, I prefer a more scientific approach too... But, despite that we can look at the images and see the animals, landscapes, etc, like they are. Someday I will be doing something more scientific. That's one of my marks in my life project ;)
