  • has a strong taste, but when mixed with cream cheese, finely chopped celery, minced onion, a few drops of hot pepper seasoning, cayenne pepper, and chopped pecans...makes a very good spread for crackers! thanks for the video. Never really knew how much effort went into making cheese

  • Tradition carried on through the years. Incredible cheese!

  • Because of the american embargo in french cheese we get alot of it dumped in Canada. Roquefort is about the same price as cheap blue cheese now. I enhoy it regularily. Its absolutely divine!

  • I love cheese. I wish I could try Roquefort, I'm allergic to penicillin, doctor says so.
