has a strong taste, but when mixed with cream cheese, finely chopped celery, minced onion, a few drops of hot pepper seasoning, cayenne pepper, and chopped pecans...makes a very good spread for crackers! thanks for the video. Never really knew how much effort went into making cheese
Because of the american embargo in french cheese we get alot of it dumped in Canada. Roquefort is about the same price as cheap blue cheese now. I enhoy it regularily. Its absolutely divine!

I love cheese. I wish I could try Roquefort, I'm allergic to penicillin, doctor says so.
