Abunai 2011 - LOOKING FOR GROUP

I've been to a lot of conventions in the past but I stopped visiting them because I was struggling with work, school and my personal life. Cosplaying and visiting conventions and meeting people is a thing I loved for years and started to regret visiting conventions around January 2011, this year.

I hadn't visited Abunai in a few years and when I heard they upgraded their convention from Zwolle to Veldhoven I just had to check it out! I went two days, Friday and Saturday and met a lot of brilliant and cool people and saw some friends.

I had a great time, even though you see me rant in this video about the waiting periods. But that's just because it was rather hot in the room (about 30 degrees celsius).

I have not subtitled this video, maybe I will do this in the future.

I enjoyed Abunai, especially the karaoke and the dealerroom. Overall, it was good but they need to do some better prepwork for everything, especially the cosplay competition needs some more solid groundwork.

@trgunshot gelukkig heb ik zo'n autipas, dan hoef je bij walibi nergens in de rij te staan en kun je gewoon de invalide-ingang gebruiken. de AMV competitie liep 20 minuten uit dus ik ging er vanuit dat de cosplay-act-show dat ook deed, dus ik ben die 20 minuten in de dealerroom geweest en heb eigenlijk maar 10 minuten gewacht... het nadeel is echter wel dat je helemaal achteraan zit, maar dat is ook leuk want dan zie je al die gasten stressen als er iets fout gaat!
