Fabio trained with Obama back in the day. He got his black belt with two of the best Newt Gingrich and Sarah Palin. His rubber guard, X-cross and 50/50 need work. Obama gave him a sick-assed pillow guard tho. I have rolled w/ Fab-5 many times. He has got a nice Semehama and great transitions to the XY indicator. Me and Torres learned a ton @ Fab-5's over the years. He knows some sanctimonious moves straight outta Rio. He also coached The Chevy Cavalier Top Team. Fabio 420 in da house

@beijo66 Yeah great role model. A drug addict with a criminal record. Wake up. The guy's been arrested for illegal gun possession, drug possession, and he is being sued (again) in civil court for not paying his commercial lease and also being sued by two former students. They guy's just another scumbag immigrant who got lucky to arrive in America during a trend. His school gets called out in challenge matches ALL the time and Fabio never shows up. Yeah, great "role" model. LOL.

I trained with Fabio for several years at the Gracie academy back in the day. I learned a lot from him and both his character and his Jiu Jitsu are top notch. I don't know what is wrong with a lot of these internet warriors.

I wouldn't say his jiujitsu is weak, not saying I'm the best ever but I've been training for quite some time and he didn't have any problems kicking my ass. Seeing as how he is a red/black belt I'd say he's earned some respect.
