Heroes in Hiding are a 6 piece alternative funk band based in Dublin. Having been together for just over 3 years, they are soon to release their debut EP "lies" in January 2010.
Known for their energetic live shows, the band saw it fit to hit the recording studio during June/July this year. The 3 track EP shows off all the bands assets from catchy guitar riffs, jazzy sax solos and classical violin melodies.
They are currently putting most of their time into song writing, hoping to get as many songs down and recorded for the New Year.
Once 2010 roles in they are keen to get back to the stage, opening with their EP Launch night on the 8th of January in Dublins most famous music venue, Whelans. From then on, the band hope to gigging as much as possible leading up to the summer months.
Hopefully you'll catch them playing your local venue or you might even go to the launch in Whelans, either way they'll definitely be happy to see you.

Personal slagging aside: unfortunately for those involved, these guys will NOT be the next big irish band, they lack any kind musicianship, creativity, substance and decency.
