After watching TotalBiscuit's video on this game, and understanding how it works a bit more.. I noticed he didn't go over grenade guys in his video.. and I also noticed that yours was just randomly chucking grenades at nothing in particular in this vid... was that intentional... or is that just how grenadiers work?

@Samurai0316 Oh, the video doesn't show it, but the mode I played in was "Dark Extermination," Dark meaning you don't have vision of the enemy units. I only see the enemy units when mine have a direct line of sight to them. So many times, I'm using my Grenadier to hit areas outside the reach of my other units, to try and either corral units in a certain direction or kill them outright.

How exactly does this game work? I heard it was turn-based, but... do you like.. make your decisions for each turn at the same time or something?

@Samurai0316 You do play in turns, in increments of five seconds. It's just that for replays, it joins all the turns together into one seemless replay.
And you can trust the link that person linked to you, that is how I found out and got interested in Frozen Synapse.
