As for the playing, keep on doing it like you do, and it'll become even smoother and more comfortable. I would advise that you prolong the outtro (wandering up and down from 5th to 12th position), making sure that you accentuate the bass (don't fade too early). It's helpful to keep the 2nd finger in position on the 3rd string as long as possible, because that will stabilize your hand.
Your playing inspired me to pick up on this old tune myself. Harry put it on record over 30 years ago!

Indeed, a beautiful and very 'care'ful way of playing Harry's arrangement. That's the way to go. In spite of its beauty, it is a lamenting song, probably with some bitter irony, about a man grieving about the 'true love' that has gone away and 'scarred' him. Now he sets her impossible tasks in order to win back his love. (See: http://www.geocities.com/paris/villa/3895).

This is Harry Sacksioni's version of Scarborough Fair, a Dutch fingerstyle guitar player.
I really like your rather classical approach of this tune, played very slowly, as it should be.
I used to play it a lot in the past, nice to hear it again.
