This fun workout is just what you need to tone up your back and help you get rid of the extra bra strap flab. I recommend you do it 3 times per week.

  • Really love how u incorporate the thighs in this workout. Just finished doing this and two others, and I can barely type. Thanks a million. Been using exercise DVDs but got bored when they became less challenging. Dont think that will happen here.

I really want to look more leaner, and i feel so insecure because i think i look like a man.   • Alright there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my BF got ripped Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.
