Hi FitGirl15,
I'm on day 6 & I thought I had a ministroke when it hit me. I give glory, honor & praise to my Lord Jesus Christ for letting it be just a facial nerve. I already have better movement in my eye, cheek and lip. I just needed to hear what GOD was saying through you with reducing the stress in my life and focus on the things that really matter! HIM!! and work HE has for me to do. Thank U for sharing your experience and your life with me and everyone. GOD BLESS U!

@felan1973 It is really an individual decision. Have you regained any movement in the paralyzed side?

Thank you for the info. Im on day3 since I was diagnosed wit Bell Palsy..I'm a new grad LVN and this has hit me really hard... I'm having an Extreme difficult time trying to cope with this and not let it get to me...I have cried every day because I just can't believe this is happening...from one night to another...it affects you in every way and I can't help but feel depressed...I would like to know how I can deal with this? Any help is greatly appreciated...

@JLOVES21 I know what you are going through, I lived through it... for over a year!
I cried many nights too. I had to lean on my faith and Zumba during my time with Bell's Palsy... my family also gave me much love and support.
*****You just have to BELIEVE that you will recover!*****
Stay strong!!!
