When Barack Obama's Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel said these now famous words in November of 2008, more than a few eyebrows were raised on both sides of the aisle. Even after hearing those words from the closest man to the President of the United States, who could have imagined then, that everything that would come to pass under this administration would be a crisis? Although the polls show that only 40% of the American people think this second stimulus (because that's all it is) will actually create jobs, this administration wants us to believe that the definition of insanity no longer applies.
