http://www.dynamoclub.se - In Russian Martial Art, the deflections of strikes are generated by the movement of the body getting out of the way of force. The body moves first and then the extremities.
This clip was filmed in a Systema fistfighting seminar, that took place in the Athens Academy of Jeet Kune Do Fighting Technology, Greece, on May 17th, 2008, with instructor Spyridon Katsigiannis from Systema Sweden - Gothenburg. systema.goteborg@gmail.com
