While 1060 is definitely quick, but its far from the fastest. Mangini hit 1247 in one minute. And thats using only downstrokes per WFD rules. Jojo Mayer, for example, can play nearly 400bpm using a french grip push-pull. THATs crazy fast.

But they can't do with power like George is doing. This is other way of looking on drumset... this is more powerfull and that's how it should be. Jojo is technicall as well, even better with all push-pull, etc., but i doubt if he could be metal drummer... Actually I know that he can't.. Jojo and George are different worlds..

Right, for his power at these speeds, George is basically unparalleled. Lets put it this way, I've never SEEN anyone play more powerfully that quick. But there are some people that can go faster, thats all I was saying. Yeah, definitely, George is in his own world, and Jojo his. And they're both amazing at what they do.
