    That's because most of the things in his movies don't make any sense, at least to any extent that we can understand. It's like our dreams, we don't really understand them, but we don't spend the whole day trying to figure out why we dreamed it up. Stop searching for the answers and except the questions.

    I think it's pretentious to act as though u know exactly everything David Lynch intends to convey in his movies... they are open to interpretation and it seems he intended them to be that way, which is awesome. He won't explain any of them. But, props for defending a Lynch movie, I love them too.
