I I like thoses dirrection indecators arrows thoses are the same kind in the monroville mall glass elevator that doesnt work any more

alot of elevators have blank buttons JC Penny at monroville mall has a number 3 on the indecator but theres only 2 floors then above 2 on the button there a button with an L on it Ive never hit it but I will next time and get a vid

Why is there a blank button next to the 11? I also saw 2 blank buttons in one of gluse's videos.

Because it is a standard pane, designed for buildings up to 12 floors tall, leaving an extra unused button.
