Tommy is the hero, the ego of the group, he stretches like a spider, influencing everyone and everything, Angelica's parents represent finance and success, and Angelica is their offspring, Greed and the Id. The jewish grandparents represent an attachment to the past, and Tommy's parents represent that, despite everything, psychopathic tendancies aren't always avoidable, and Chucky represents the super-ego, rescuing Tommy from his own fantasies as a hero.
