I am big fan of the series. Good review, sadly. I only just found out about the game because it's on the Wii and it doesn't come up when I type "Soul Calibur Wiki" ... I am a nerd, but once I saw the roster with 'Lizardman' / Aeon?... I lost interest, if they had a bigger roster I'd buy it! No matter what.
Character development matters to me.

I have to say that I'm pretty sad now... Soul Calibur 3 was my favourite fighting game and the reason why I was sad when my PS2 died. No more Soul Calibur 3... When I heard there was a Soul Calibur game to Wii I was ecstatic but now I see that it's not even a fighting game :(
I was looking forward to nostalgia at to kicking my boyfriends ass... and where the fuck is Voldo??? D: And Kilik? And Tira?

lol but what he said about this game being odly addictin was true haha but I only played it for the challenge tho but think this reviewer liked it more than I did. I'da given this game a 5.5 It was a huge disappointment in so many ways. I can make a whole list of different critisms for it that the reviewer didnt even mention. Soul Calibur 4 is 20 times better than this game.
