Just me doing some maximal lifting. It had been two months since my last max test, so I had to give it a shot. Was hoping for a little more poundage on the squat and dead, but it is what it is. Up from last max on both those lifts. Shooting for triple bodyweight squat and dead. Double BW Pull-up and bodyweight military/side press (I know I am leaning over pretty far). I know I have said I was going to make a "core" training video, but I have been very busy with some Army business and am actually leaving tomorrow for two weeks. Upon returning I hope to get that vid out to everyone.
