The Netherlands, Suriname, and Belgium. Though in Belgium some people also speak French (kinda like French & English in Canada). And in Suriname there are both the 'Sranan Tongo' and Dutch languages. The Dutch used in this video is pretty much standard Dutch rather than a dialect, though.
