Bright red and yellow, 4" jumbo counters, backed with strong magnets and made of durable foam that is noiseless when dropped. Great for introducing new concepts such as beginning addition, subtraction, multiplication and division as well as grouping and sorting. Magnetic Board sold separately.
Other suggested uses: probability, combinations & permutations, and as visual aids for "bar" graphs (stack disks to create "bars"). You can also use for fractions. For example, place 3 red and 2 yellow disks in a row. Ask students to determine what fraction of the group is red.
