I will do about 30 min. not longer than that.
Because it is a lot thinner than the big meat, so it will get super salty really fast.
But salmon is my favorite. It will be great.

Can you taste the rosemary and garlic from the salt? I don't have rosemary, but I can put something else instead maybe.

You can smell rosemary, but it is not that important to have it or garlic. I like to have garlic in everything. You can just use egg whites and salt, that will be still delicious.
