Viet Nam was ramping up. We were in High School. We just fell for a girl for the first time. We had eyes full of stars and bodies full of gender appropriate hormones. We did not know how bad life could be. May all pray for the KIA and MIA from this war long past and all other wars. They paid the ultimate sacrifice and should never be forgotten. May God bless them all and all now serving.

another beautifull song by two more british invasion singers.the way these two guys sing it makes you feel like were back in the 60s and the 70s. when life was so,oh so beautifull. but now this world is not so peacefull, or lovely because man himself has destroyed this what once was called a world. this song is peace. love and peace

This was the song I remember my first love from, in high school 1965. I would herar this often during my two tours of VietNam, 1966-1968. Even though I never see her, this song brings her and those times to memory.
