  • How did you get the FX bar to appear so you can type in a cell?

i cannpt find out how to get it on mine?

    Thanks

  • Go to the View Ribbon/Tab, then in the Show group check the Formula Bar check box.

You can type a formula in a cell without the Fx button.

The keyboard shortcut for the Fx Insert Funtcion dialog box is Shift + F3.

  • Please.. Why excel 2010 doesn't have one Query function, like Google Docs!!... See the example below that google docs already suport.

    =Query("Some List Range";"select A, Sum(B) Where A >"&A1&"group by A")

Or they could put query option in pivot table! The best part, is the I can put flexible formula variables inside the selec! (A1 could be a data)

Mrs Excel.. you have the power to suggest that!..

    Thaks you!

  • Wow! That is cool!

Google has a great lookup function also that will look up search stuff!

  • You guys totally rock

  • Just having fun with Excel!!
