I picked up one of these kettlebells in the store and it feels amazing on the wrist compared to a regular bell. Will definitely be saving up to get one and bring it home.

@soulfuldreamer Harpers is the Worst kettlebell video you could possibly get, it's a bad as kettleworx. Get enter the kettlebell or Sonnon's kettlebell foundation.

guys for real? I respect your point on the biggest loser, healthy living is the bee's knee's but for real? Why use kettlebells like that? Why not a more ergonomic medicine ball? Lord knows that'd help her form immensely. Anyway, keep up the good work, but use the right tools for the right job. Just cause it looks cool I don't use a 2x4 to put a nail in the wall.
