Great to access these routines on YouTube! Would you please add recommended reps and sets. I suppose 8-15 with 1-2 sets would work based on one's ability to perform each move like the model, but the editor's/writer's suggestions helps out to set achievement goals!

how are we supposed to know how many equals a rep and how many to do? the site doesn't even have this available for use just because its a year old. but yet they have 2005? someone should either get that fixed or just remove it as a whole, there's no point in having people misinformed. so until that gets fixed this video is pointless.

Ouch these moves look very hard. I don't like that slimming swing. Looks complicated.
