As the story goes. the car was parked there for months. it was my "yard truck" for hauling logs and rocks around my property. The battery was dead (he didn't know) and my father in law decided to take down some trees I've been meaning to fell myself. He had it right, the cut and the tree were supposed to fall in the opposite direction. A strong wind came and literally pushed the tree the other way. He had no choice but to try and make it fall near the truck. couldn't leave the tree as was.
