1960's columbia trike, 1977 casual moped engine 49.9 cc 2 stroke, 1969 hasquvana race tank fiberglass, disk brakes, triple tree front end, engine held on by front springer front parts, air cleaner from a oil cap held on by electrical tape, replaced clutch wire with manual 8 ball to start, aluminum crank, 914 porche coil, brass shut off from ace hardware, skull lights from the dollar tree, back wheels bolted on were front tires pop out bearings, cnc machined adapter for sprocket to planetary gear on rear, had hub made into freewheel means I can peddle backwards nothing happens

  • love it man watching videos gives me better ides and were did you get the differential I need one tell me what did you get it out of I love to get a hold of one great video.

  • @mccunecp It came with the trike. I seen pedal bikes in San Francisco with differentials if that helps to search. The trick is getting a sprocket to attach to it, I had to have a adapter made for the sprocket and rear end. Good luck

  • It came with the trike original part. Ive seen that rear end used in trikes in San Francisco for the pedal rides

  • so can i get any old school coil like from muscle cars and use on my 66 cc 2 stroke bike? i know it needs 13 volts im not sure what mine produces... but i wanted to upgrade to that so id wire the black to one post the posative to the other and thats all right?

    You can use a coil, my friend said the porshe coil wouldnt burn the points.

  • Nice build man, I put together myself a two wheeler two stroke with a 60 cc engine and a jackshaft so I can use my gears, pretty sweet man! Thanks for sharing!

  • Old Sach Engine? Nice try to find a polinie, Cylinder kit for a Puch they are interchangable ,POLINI PUCH 64CC REED VALVE CYLINDER KIT MOPED Fit's Sach, Jawa, And Puch your engine is curantly fitted with a Sach cylinder. Thus this set of components will fit.

    Have a new 4 stroke 6.5 horsepower (196cc) Harbor Freight engine, but, have no design/engineering experience on drive train mating material/equipment.
