  • I'm 9 months pregnant and I lie on my back all the time. I also take regular Pilates Tower Classes and can still most exercises. If you feel okay doing something you don't need to worry. If something feels bad, just stop.

  • I've done Pilates during my pregnancies and these exercises are great. Just take it easy with whatever exericse you do.

  • You can lie on your back but not for longer than 5 min at a time

  • From what I've been told, after 4-5 months you should not lie on your back.
