2002 era a little before American Idiot. At this point he suddenly went thin again. Like the good old Dookie days. He didn't look anything like the Billie Joe from Insomniac, Nimrod, or Warning anymore. He looked young and thin like he was in the Dookie and Pre-Dookie eras. Too bad he had to use eyeliner all over it when American Idiot came along.
