  • oh; and does "i've still got juice for you see"? mean what i think it means?

  • Use. "I've still got use for you, see?"

  • oh thanks! it was hard to make out. he was probably going to sell her into prostitution when he was finished with her

  • True.... but I think his "use" for her also implied his "juice" for her, as well. :)

  • jack larue was one gorgeous man. simply gorgeous.

  • That is a fine film. But isn't there a higher quality version like for the former parts?

By the way part 5 seemed not working.

  • Thank Heaven she shot him...I thought he was going to fuck her again...horny bastard.

  • thank god she shot his ass! BURN IN FUCKIN HELL BASTARD! WIPED THAT CORNY LOOK RIGHT OUT OF YOUR DIRTY FACE! BASTARD! UGH...THIS MOVIE GOT ME SO WORKED UP! UGHHHHHH!

  • With this rare public presentation today in Hollywood by TCM (4-24-2010), fans can rediscover fine work from cinematographer Karl Struss and a solid cast headed by Miriam Hopkins, whose performance as Temple Drake is one of the greatest "lost" performances in Hollywood history.

  • This film is being shown in Hollywood today as part of the TCM Movie Festival. A discussion by staff from the Museum of Modern Art in New York will be leading the discussion prior to the showing of the restored 35MM print! This role and movie with Miriam Hopkins is considered one of the best examples of the pre-code films with excellent cinematography by the renowned Karl Struss.

  • A newly restored print has been made by TCM, and will be part of the First TCM Festival during the latter part of April 2010 in Hollywood honoring Miriam Hopkins in this very controversial film. What a treasure!

  • That sexy sideways smile... then he drops dead...
