@durhamdf Most likely they beached it on the Somali coast. knowing most govs.(Not ours) would be unwilling to come and get it our of fear of them shooting the crew.

any one flying over can see all the ships and boats they've taken. but its not the boats or ships alone people want back. they want the crew as well....And theres no telling where they are....

@durhamdf It was probably an SH-3 it has no guns. Hence it can't shoot back. Its mission is observation.

Why didn't the mothership of the chopper chase down the captured pirate ship, sink it, take the prisoners, brutally torture all but one of the pirates to death and let the last one go minus his hands, eyes and penis as a warning to other dumbass pirates?
