@jeffseemann I am a Michigan fan and you are right. As I understand it, Bo knew about the band and its name and he thought it was funny.Even I thought it was funny. Didn't they write a song about Chad Henne is fucking joke or something?

@mxpmw I can honestly give a fuck about Michigan. All of the Buckeye fans I know say Go Bucks and to hell with everyone else. That's what makes us the best fan base in the country. I don't have 12 favorite teams like fans from the SEC do and that's the way it will alwyas be. F Michigan and GO BUCKS!!!

Without Michigan or Ohio State, there is no rivalry. Extreme OSU and UM fans need to calm down and respect the fantastic tradition and rivalry. Besides, the Big 10 has a lot of work to do to get more teams in the top 10 these days, so support all big 10 teams when they play out of conference UM fans support OSU, OSU fans support UM when playing SEC, ACC, Pac 10 etc.. -OSU and Big 10 fan

Look, I'm a Michigan alum, and Lord knows that you guys have owned us the past 6 years--looking like 7. You'll not find a Michigan fan who will debate this. But when you start including music in the video from the "Dead Schembechlers" isn't that crossing a line at some point? Isn't that, essentially, glorifying the death of one of the men who helped make the rivalry what it is? I've never had all that much respect for Ohio State, yet I still have enough to know that you guys are better than that

@ewoelker - I would understand your resentment, but you don't know the story behind it. Let me help.
The Dead Schembechlers have been a band for 20 years, always performing a show the night before The Game. When Bo died the morning of their show in 2006, the band debated cancelling the show.
Instead, they played the concert, but changed their name to "God Bless Bo", and they took all the proceeds from the concert and donated it to a charity that was selected by the Schembechler family.
