"Billy was crying actually but was accepting of the mask because within 15 or 20 seconds he essentially fell asleep." Doctor Dinner, Anesthesiologist of New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center, tells the story of 4-year-old Billy, who underwent anesthesia for his tongue tie surgery.

I have had about 55 surgeries so far, and I am use to all this stuff.
I really think you all are brave and I woke up twice with the ventilator tube in, and that's not the times it was suppose to be in there when I woke up.
I woke up during surgery, but they had those things on my head so they could see that I was awake, and they quickly fixed it. EVEN NOW IT IS VERY SCAREY.

i had to get oral surgery on March 3rd. It was sp weird that i didn't know what happened and i remember when they put the mask on my face i was crying so much and it smelled really bad. A few minutes later everything the anethesiaoligist head got really big and she kept on telling the nurse to crank up the gas the last thing i remember was the the anathesiaoligist saying to the nurse she's only 12 years old. After remembering all this i kept on getting flashbacks from the surgery.

I was 25 when I had my wisdom teeth removed. I cried uncontrollably on the way home, though I had no pain whatsoever. My stepdad thought it was really funny, and his laughing made me laugh too, but I still couldn't stop crying. It was so strange. I've tried lots of drugs, but those were the strangest moments of my life.
