The 2011 North Pole Marathon took place on 8th April. The 27 competitors encountered temperatures of -32C in what is known as the 'world's coolest marathon'. The men's race was won by Istvan Toth of Hungary while Australia's Richelle Turner took the female title.

That looks hard, tough... is just wonderful, amazing! Hope one day I can try it out!
I remember running cross-country at -10 and snowing, and it was hard... but this has to be the toughest mentally thing in earth.
