1. Iranian Twisting Press-ups
2. Pistols
3. Sholin Press-ups
4. Squat Pyramids
5. Hindu Press-ups
6. Jack Knife Deadlift

Then:
Cool down and Stretch

First timers 5 rounds x 5 reps Intermediates 7 rounds x 7 reps Advanced 10 rounds x 10 reps
