  • Yes farewell indeed

  • kajes5 you dont know shit and in his whole conversation you are the dumb shit! so why dont you get your facts right ! cuase everything was droped. the only people that are not innocent are BILL ALLEN and his SON also the prosecutors. They are the scum that put him and his family through all the bullshit! So FUCK YOU!

  • 907ride,

YOU'RE responding (with bad grammar) to something I posted *last year* before the news came out about the case being thrown out due to prosecutorial incompetence. Stevens being found not guilty doesn't mean he's innocent and YOUR "defense of his innocence" proves YOU'RE the idiot. Project much?

How nice of you to say Stevens "can do whatever the fuck he wants." What a shame he didn't think that way when it came to radio talk show hosts or the SiriusXM merger.

  • 907, he was not found innocent, read the decision. Stevens was the cornerstone of bribery and organize graft! Good Riddance!!!!!

  • Mr. Persons was also told by Sen. Stevens that he couldn't accept the chair as a gift due to ethics restrictions, so they agreed to make it a loan, not reported by prosecutors.

He "loaned" Sen Stevens the chair for an undetermined amount of time. Right.

Sen Stevens was wronged but Sen Stevens is wrong.

  • Far more than that. The construction cost, for one, is HUGE item to lie about. But Mr. Allen also said that Sen. Stevens would have paid for it all if a bill had been sent, not reported by prosecutors. Mr. Allen also said that the notion that Sen. Stevens didn't want a bill is a lie, not reported by prosecutors. Mr. Persons was also told by Sen. Stevens that he couldn't accept the chair as a gift due to ethics restrictions, so they agreed to make it a loan, not reported by prosecutors.

  • He was not found not guilty, looks like you'll be posting another apology to your liberal friends.....The case was thrown out because the Prosecutor's in the case did not disclose a previous conversation and they did not have the correct amount that the construction cost. Sen Stevens has no reasonable explanation for the gifts he received or why he never reported it as is required.

The facts don't lie, people do.

  • Not really you dumb fuck! Get the facts first you fucktard!! He wasn't proven innocent, the prosecutors are as dumb and ignorant as you are so the case was thrown out. If you followed the case at all then you would know he received gifts worth thousands of dollars and never reported it and when he was asked why he said "Duh I didn't think they were gifts, I thought they were loaned to me or they weren't given to me they were given to my wife."

Prosecutorial misconduct does not mean innocence!
