I think you should add an automated pilot where you set a destination and he flies while you serve as the flight engineer the entire way

Is there any way I can increase the likelihood of a failure without handling it aggressively (or affecting my career)?
On my 3rd flight I lost engine #4 and had some real fun managing it.

@ShockwaveProd Your last update corrected everything (almost). But during a today flight, I've found a missing control. The engine 1 fire extinguisher selector isn't present at the roof panel on the raw of switches with prop feathering, fuel cutoff etc... Without this, it's perfect.

whats the difference between the captain of the ship upgrade and the just the captain of the ship there is a 10 dollar difference can someone please help

Question once you've purchased this add on an a situation such as this happen where an engine does catch fire would the engineer take the appropriate actions to put out the fire like a real life flight engineer would?

Absolutely. You can just sit left seat and fly the plane and let your engineer manage the entire engineer's panel. Also, the engineer, "Larry," talks to himself when he works, so you can hear what he is doing throught the flight. Heidi serves all kinds of drinks and meals to the crew, and you also have a captain's log that records your performance. It's a deep, fun experience.
